·         Start with a statement of the problem and objective for the selected healthcare issues impacting the healthcare delivery system and professional nursing practice, which articulates the main objectives that the paper desires to achieve.

·         How will findings from research articles analysis contribute to advancing the practice of nursing? (Identify no fewer than six relevant research articles)

Learners are required to maintain a reflective journal integrating leadership and inquiry into current practice.

In your journal, reflect on the personal knowledge and skills gained in this course (Data Analysis) and address a variable combination of the following: new practice approaches, intraprofessional collaboration, health care delivery and clinical systems, ethical considerations in health care, population health concerns, the role of technology in improving health care outcomes, health policy, leadership and economic models, or health disparities. Outline what you have discovered about your professional practice and the personal strengths and weaknesses that have surfaced. What additional resources and abilities could be introduced to a given situation to influence optimal outcomes? Finally, how did you meet the competencies aligned to this course?

 Select a client whom you observed or counseled that suffers from a disorder related to trauma. Then, address the following in your Practicum Journal:

• Describe the client (without violating HIPAA regulations) and identify any pertinent history or medical information, including prescribed medications.
• Using the DSM-5, explain and justify your diagnosis for this client.
• Explain whether any of the therapeutic approaches in this week’s Learning Resources would be effective with this client. Include expected outcomes based on these therapeutic approaches. Support your approach with evidence-based literature.

In this assignment, students will pull together the capstone project change proposal components they have been working on throughout the course to create a proposal inclusive of sections for each content focus area in the course. 10. Plan for evaluating the proposed nursing intervention.
11. Identification of potential barriers to plan implementation, and a discussion of how these could be overcome.
12. Appendix section, if tables, graphs, surveys, educational materials, etc. are created.
