After viewing the video,“Juvenile Justice,”and based on information you find in 2scholarly, peer-reviewed journal articles, what are your thoughts? You might write about the consequences being different for adults and juveniles, the rehabilitation potential, the moral and ethical arguments, etc. Your content will not be graded on your opinion; it will be graded on how well you support your argument with the literature.Your essay must begin at the top of the page 1 with a title on the first line. Do not provide a title page, abstract, or any lines of identifying information at the top of the first page, such as your name, date, professor name, class, etc. The essay should be 1000 words, which is 4 pages, double spaced. InMissouri State.(2001). Juvenile Justice [Motion picture]. Columbia College.Video Bibliography:Every day on the news there are reports of crimes across the world, unfortunately, many of them involving youths. The documentaryJuvenile Justicehighlights four teens who have committed crimes ranging in severity that put them in the position to potentially be tried as adults, despite them being under the age of eighteen. While many people look at youths and feel as though they are young and unable to control themselves and fully understand their actions, some feel that they are quite aware of their behaviors. The teens in this video, like those in the real world, are in a spot where they must take responsibility for their actions. By studying various facets of each individuals case, a distinction can be made on a case by case basis, rather than simply grouping all youths committing various offenses into a category of people who deserve to be tried as adults. Looking at things such as the community’s kids are coming from, their present individual case, and their background or records can help to make the right distinction for punishment that fits a crime.Link for the video and description:https://fod-infobase-com.proxy.ccis.edu/p_ViewVideo.aspx?xtid=56083CitationAPAThis citation has been generated by EasyBib based on APA (6th Edition) formatting standards.View tips onJuvenile justice [Video file]. Personality Disorder Diagnosis and Assessment | 2025 Custom Writing

Read the following vignette for this discussion, making note of any diagnostic criteria that are clearly met:   Jeremiah is a 57-year-old single, unemployed, white male. He still lives with his 83-year-old mother and is embarrassed about this living arrangement. He was previously diagnosed with dysthymia and has undergone psychotherapy treatment for the past two years. He changes counselors often and claims that most were “no good” because he felt he knew more than they did. This counseling appointment was made as a last effort to find someone competent enough to appreciate his problems.  Jeremiah previously worked as an insurance broker. He explained, “It’s ridiculous. I was the best broker they had ever seen, but they won’t rehire me. I think the problem is that the profession is filled with big egos, and they don’t know excellence when it’s right in front of them.”  Despite encouragement from several therapists, Jeremiah has not pursued employment or volunteer work. He views positions with lower salaries as beneath him. He reports that any truly worthy opportunities would easily find him.  Address the following:  The client does not meet all criteria for narcissistic personality disorder (NPD), therefore he cannot be diagnosed with the disorder. However, he does meet most of the required criteria. Describe the criteria that are clearly met for NPD. ◦What further information would help you assess if he meets this diagnosis or another? ◦What would be some assessment strategies that could help to fill the gaps?

2023 Write a 3 5 page APA formatted paper that reflects on what you learned about the writing process what aspects were the most

Nursing 2023 # 8 Post-Course Reflection

Write a 3 5 page APA formatted paper that reflects on what you learned about the writing process what aspects were the most 2023 Assignment

  • Write a 3-5-page APA-formatted paper that reflects on what you learned about the writing process, what aspects were the most helpful, and how you can continue to use what you learned.
Reflective writing lets you examine and think carefully about your own work. It can help you identify the things you know well, as well as gaps in your knowledge. Reflective writing can also help you see the writing process decisions that have worked well and those that did not. When you take the time to reflect on your writing skills, it can help you grow as both a learner and as a working professional.
Note: The assessments in this course build on each other and must be completed in sequence.
    Demonstration of Proficiency
By successfully completing this assessment, you will demonstrate your proficiency in the course competency through the following assessment scoring guide criteria:
    • Competency 1: Analyze rhetorical situations in writing to produce sound written work.
      • Explain how feedback from faculty helped improve writing skills.
      • Describe how anticipated obstacles to good writing did or did not occur.
      • Explain how to continually improve writing skills.
    • Competency 2: Apply information and use literacy skills to produce evidence-based written work.
      • Explain how the use of writing tools improved writing skills.
    • Competency 3: Apply prewriting, planning, drafting, and revision skills.
      • Explain the prewriting steps that are most useful.
    • Competency 4: Apply accepted style conventions and written expression skills.
      • Write content clearly and logically with correct use of APA format, grammar, punctuation, and mechanics.
    • Overview
Writing is a process. Many learners are not aware of the steps to take in the process and fail to allow enough time for all of the steps in the process. As a result, their writing may be difficult to follow or does not clearly convey their thoughts. By focusing on the steps and taking the time to go through all of the steps, you can improve your writing skills.
      Instructions
For this final assessment, you do not need to provide any supporting research, but you do need to format your paper following APA format guidelines. In your paper:
    • Explain which parts of the prewriting steps you found most useful.
      • Will you continue to use these steps in the future?
    • Explain how you used your faculty’s feedback on the prewriting assessments.
      • What types of feedback were the most useful?
      • What types of feedback were the least useful?
    • Explain how you used the writing tools (resources and activities) to help you complete the assessments.
      • Which tools were the most helpful?
      • If you did not make use of the writing tools (resources and activities), explain why you did not.
    • Describe how your anticipated obstacles (from Assessment 1) did or did not occur. Were you right or wrong about what the most challenging thing about this course would be?
    • Explain how you can continue to improve your writing skills as you progress in your degree program.
    • Note: APA style requires the use of the third-person voice (he, she, they, et cetera). However, because this is a paper about your personal experience in this course, you may use the first person (I, me, my, et cetera).
      Additional Requirements
    • Style and Format: Use current APA style. Include a title page.
    • Length: Compose 3–5 pages in addition to the title page.
    • Resources: There is no number of required resources.
    • Font: Use Times New Roman, 12 point.
