Both indoor and out door tanning exposes individuals to the dangers of UV rays: UVB and UVA which can damage the skin resulting in skin cancer- Melanoma. (Indoor Tanning- Skin Cancer, 2018). Others are alcoholic beverages, Tobacco / Cigarette smoke.
