Vital signs at the clinic today include BP of 182/94, Pulse of 68, Respirations of 18, Temperature of 98.2 and BMI of 34. Patient is currently taking Lisinopril 40mg daily and Aspirin 81mg daily. The patient states that he has a family history of myocardial infarction (MI). Patient states his father passed away from an MI when he was 72 years old and his brother suffered from an MI at 45 years old.
