You will need to reach out to and gain assistance from other healthcare organizations in the area to help you track, treat, and control the spread of the disease. Â As the leader of the hospital, you will have to make decisions on how to properly manage the shortage of beds, doctors and nurses, and resources that may occur due to the outbreak.
