In  this video, the practitioner is dealing with a 16-year-old boy. This is  a teenager and an underage. As such, the assessment of this client  might be met with a number of complications such as failure to  cooperate. Notably, counselling teenagers is known to be challenging  especially when normal traditional talk is used because this may be a  barrier to communication between the client and the practitioner (Bennet  et al., 2017). In addition, there are always several ethical and legal  issues owing to the age of a minor that must be put in mind during any  interaction with them in clinical setting. However, the practitioner is  very keen to make sure that he creates an environment that allows them  to talk and discuss his client’s issue in an open manner. He first leads  him into the assessment room and welcomes him to sit down. This is  already a sign of hospitability and it may be effective in reducing any  tension that may have existed on the part of the teenager before he got  into the room. Building a rapport with any client and especially  teenagers is very important in making sure that adolescents that are  disengaged become engaged (Bennet et al., 2017). It is clear from the  video that the teenager appreciated being welcomed into the office.

 The  right to privacy and confidentiality applies to any patient. Ideally,  even though this is a teenager where consent for treatment comes from  the parents, he still has the right to privacy and confidentiality. The  practitioner was right to make sure that he knew that whatever shall be  discussed there will not be told to anyone including his parents unless  he is seen to have the potential of harming himself or another person.  There are always competing interests between parents and children when  working with minors and it is always important for the practitioner to  understand how to balance these interests (Sori & Hecker, 2015).

 Even  though the practitioner started well, there are a few things that he  needs to improve. For instance, he asked the client why he thinks he is  there, and the client said that his mom made him. The practitioner went  ahead and pointed out that the mother must have had a reason to do that.  This was not a good approach because it appeared like he was already  justifying or proving that the parent was right, and completely  disregarding the feelings that the teenager has about being made to  attend the session. In fact, one can notice how the attitude of the  teenage changed thereafter. He even told the practitioner that he would  have to ask his mother that particular question.

 At  this point of the interview, the only compelling concern is that the  practitioner does not want to look at the problem from an objective  perspective. He even makes comments about teenagers not wanting to talk  with their parents. This actually validates his behavior as a teenager  and to some extent, it beats the purpose of the session. The  practitioner should use an approach that tries to build the relationship  between the client and his mother. in any family, a person or a unit  forms a subsystem. The behavior of the subsystem affects the family as a  whole (Ahluwalia, Anand & Suman, 2018). In this case, it is clear  that in the family there are two subsystems and the behavior of the  teenager is affecting the family relationship.

 The  next question that should be asked is whether the client actually  thinks he has anger management issue. In the DSM-5 there is no diagnosis  for dysfunctional anger. However, anger management issues come out in  criteria for different other issues and it is likely that this would be a  case of intermittent explosive disorder. In this disorder, there is  aggressive and impulsive reaction to people and property (Rynar &  Coccaro, 2018). It could also be a case of irritability which is a  manifestation of many other mental health issues. Therefore, asking him  this question will be a start to understanding the many other  circumstances surrounding his anger in order to make the right  diagnosis.

Every president has a common goal, to provide good governance, and effective management of the country’s fund in a way to meet the ultimate needs of the society. However, each president has his own strategic plan to implement policies but the ultimate goal is to be successful implementation of these policies. The Health care policy in America has undergone various changes under the different leadership of the last three presidents of the United States of America, former president Bush, Former President Obama and President Trump. All health policy discussions boil down to one of these three categories quality/safety of care, access to care, and cost of care. Milstead, J. A., & Short, N. M. (2019). Para 1 pg 173.

       President Bush saved cost when he created the market-based Medicare Prescription Drug benefit, He also went ahead to add preventive drug screening, and increase market competition and choices by stabilizing and expanding private plan options through the Medicare advantage plan., the President was also able to secure the enactment of Health Savings Accounts as an option for the non-Medicare population. Nina Owcharenko Schaefer & Robert Moffit (2004) President did a lot of specific positive changes to the health policy which has made him a positive game player to the health care industry.

       The Affordable Care Act was created by former President Obama’s to help improve the health care system. The Obama care as it is called was somewhat successful because more Americans were able to afford health insurance under this act. As many as 20 million Americans have benefited from the Obamacare act. Dylan Scott, (2017) However, it had its pitfalls which had to do with the pre-existing condition did not go well with insurance companies. Some institutions resulted in refusing some insurance plans obtained under this act and chose to collect payment from the patient. The advantage was a drop in the price of health care because the hospitals were not able to charge insurance companies that they did not participate in.

        Under the Trump administration effort was made to change significant change to the Affordable care Act, but to no avail. The ability to make an effective change or form policies to improve healthcare for American people has not been successful under the Trump leadership. The removal of the Affordable care act would result in increased health care for most Americans. Rather President Trump stopped reimbursing insurers who waived deductibles and copayments for 6 million low-income customers all in an attempt to weaken the affordable care act. Kimberly Amadeo (2020)

 Kimberly Amadeo (2020) also stated that in an attempt to negotiate drug prices with drug companies, he reformed rebates between the drug companies, pharmacy and health insurance companies which only resulted to everyone paying different prices for the same drug. The rebates create incentives for PBMs to suggest higher-cost drugs. PBMs are also allowed to charge insurers more than they’re charging pharmacies.

                                                Conclusion

       Under my leadership, I will take time to study the policies on health insurance and educate myself to better understand the problem and what issues have led to loopholes in the health care policies that are currently available. I will also create awareness through programs to educate the public on the importance of preventive care and its impact on reducing the cost of health care. Avenues will be made to find out where the current policy has failed in order to develop strategic amendments to better serve the people.

       I would encourage a form of support from the government to inform a subsidy to help mostly Americans who cannot afford health insurance.

       I will also implement tax cuts to encourage insures to stay healthy by improving their lifestyle, and participating in preventive care which should be offered at a very low cost by the insurance companies.

Milstead, J. A.  and Short, N. M. (2019). Made emphasis on the fact, that a major influence on the price of health insurance, is the geographical location. I will make insurance cost marginal across all geographical location, regardless of the state. Cost of health insurance will create a more uniform trend if the cost can be made the same across all states. In this case, there will be less influence on the pricing of health insurance.    Currently, our great nation, is fighting through a pandemic. Our president and his officials, are doing the best way they know with the little that is known, of the coronavirus. As the president of the United States, he is the head of the whole country. He is the top chief executive of the federal government, and the Commander-in-Chief of the armed forces ( USA.gov, 2018). So as the president, the country looks upon him for answers. Our last two presidents also dealt with presidential level threats as well. For example, President George Bush, dealt with the attacks on 9/11, against our country. Then President Barack Obama, dealt with the assignment to hunt and kill the one in charge of the 9/11 attacks, Osama bin Laden. Now, each president is handling or has handled these crucial moments in our  great history, in their most strategic way. Although, if i was president of the United States during these hard times, I might have done things differently. 

     Each president has their own type of agenda. Agendas are better done and qualified if they are done early and before things get any worse ( Laureate Ed. Prod. (2018). I would have also prepared and had an agenda way ahead of time. Our country has been very vulnerable and comfortable, leaving us helpless in a catastrophic moment of crisis. For instance, with our current situation, I would have shut down our country much earlier. Prepped our country and our first responders with all the services and equipment they needed before the virus arrived. As we were watching other parts of the world suffer, it was only a matter of time before the virus made its way, states side. We could have prepared and confronted it head on, instead of laying back and to see how serious it was. With 9/11, I would have left the elementary school where George Bush was attending that day, as soon as I heard of news that our country was under attack. I would have arranged an intelligence task team, right then and there, to give me answers on what has happened, what other attacks have happened, what went wrong in our defense system, and can we prevent another attack like this from happening. Then with the assassination of Osama bin Laden, I would not have waited so long to actually find him and attack. He just kept sending taunting videos to make himself look invincible, intermittently. I would have not shown the videos to the public and not played his taunting game. Letting him know, that I meant business, and he was not going to make our country look like a clown.
